A 13-year-old girl with Ewing’s sarcoma of the right 4th metacarpal, 10 years after radiotherapy. The ring finger appears shorter, primarily because of the lack of relative growth of the 4th metacarpal bone. The 4th metacarpal–phalangeal joint is more proximal relative to the similar joints of the 3rd and 5th digits.
